Digital art therapy eliminates costly supplies and waste. Teletherapy streamlines communication and eliminates the burden of travel and scheduling for many. Digital art-making can increase focus and support self-esteem. The ability to start, erase and begin again is appealing just as are all the possibilities for image distortion and storytelling that can take place digitally. By eliminating standards associated with traditional art materials digital art-making allows the creator to fully express their imagination.
